The HACCP System is the tool that helps the Food Experts to achieve a high level of food safety: in Europe all Agri-food companies in the secondary and tertiary sector are required to comply with the same application of the HACCP method. The 2020 revision of the Codex Alimentarius has introduced some important changes. By attending this program, participants will be able to:
