Risk Assessment Course CCPP (Combine Cycle Power Plant) JAWA 1 provided by Bureau Veritas Indonesia – Capacity 1.760 MW

JAKARTA – Construction of the Jawa-1 Steam Gas Power Plant (PLTGU) which is being worked on by PT Jawa Satu Power project site in in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang, West Java still running, even though still faces Covid-19 pandemic. At this moment, construction development is on pre-commissioning phase. The construction progress earn 94,5% until the end of January.

The Java-1 IPP project is owned by a consortium of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Marubeni, and Sojitz with ownership compositions of PPI 40%, Marubeni 40%, and Sojitz 20%. To run this integrated project, two project companies were formed, namely PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP) and PT Jawa Satu Regas (JSR).

JSP is responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the Java-1 PLTGU, transmission line, substation and switchyard facilities. Meanwhile, JSR is responsible for the design and construction and operation of the FSRU facility.

As one of the national strategic projects, the construction of the Java-1 PLTGU continues to be a concern of the government. The construction of the PLTGU with a capacity of 1,760 megawatts (MW) is also part of the 35,000 MW electricity project.

In this project, Bureau Veritas Indonesia was provided Risk Assessment Course CCPP (Combine Cycle Power Plant) JAWA 1 capacity 1760 Mw which supported by our colleague, Tomy Raharjo – Business Development Manager Power and Utilities.

Specifically, we provide a set of guidance of any risk possibility at their working environment specific to their process system. To help the customer see whatever the risk and acknowledge them before the whole process system is running. To help customer may produce the proper and safely Standard Operating Procedure, Safe working environment and working process. At the end of training, we provide simulation or study case based on actual condition and provide its solution.
