Executive Dialogue 2025: Advancing Strategic Collaboration for a Sustainable Future

Jakarta, Indonesia – Bureau Veritas Indonesia proudly hosted the Executive Dialogue : Accelerating Decarbonisation through High-Performance Renewable Energy Projects, a high-level forum aimed at strengthening collaboration and sharing strategic insights to accelerate Indonesia’s energy transition journey. Held in an atmosphere of innovation and shared purpose, the event brought together thought leaders, policymakers, and key players from the energy sector.

The dialogue opened with welcoming remarks from Mr. Deny Panjaitan, Chief Country Executive of Bureau Veritas Indonesia. In his speech, Mr. Panjaitan emphasized the critical role of strategic partnerships in shaping a resilient and sustainable future. “We must work together—government, private sector, and civil society—to ensure that the energy transition is not only achievable but inclusive and impactful,” he stated.

A keynote address was delivered by Mrs. Chairani Rachmatullah, Vice Chairwoman I of the Indonesian Electrical Power Society (MKI). She underscored the importance of collective leadership and synergy across sectors to realize national energy targets. “This transition requires courage, innovation, and the unwavering collaboration of all stakeholders,” she noted.

Adding a global perspective to the dialogue, Mr. Greg Poulos, Global CEO of ArcVera (a Bureau Veritas company), shared insights on renewable energy innovations and international best practices. His presentation provided a comprehensive outlook on how global trends in wind, solar, and hybrid energy solutions can be adapted to support Indonesia’s sustainability goals.

The discussion continued with rich and forward-thinking contributions from an esteemed panel of experts, including:

Mrs. Tri Mumpuni, Member of the Indonesian Renewable Energy Society (METI), known for her work in rural electrification through community-based micro-hydro power.

Mr. Alhaqurahman Isa, representative of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (KESDM), who discussed policy frameworks and regulatory advancements for renewable energy integration.

Mrs. Nareswari Sumarsono, Strategic Partnership & Marketing Manager from Pertamina New and Renewable Energy (PNRE), who highlighted corporate initiatives and investment strategies in clean energy.
