Heartfelt congratulations to PT Kodeco Agro Mandiri and PT Batulicin Agro Sentosa, subsidiaries of the PT. Jhonlin Group, on obtaining the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) Certification from Bureau Veritas Indonesia (BVI)!
An ISPO-certified palm oil plantation shows their commitment in fulfilling their obligations in accordance with legislation set by the Indonesian government. This, in turn, helps to increase stakeholder trust and market access while protecting and promoting sustainable palm oil plantations. Through a rigorous auditing process, certification by BVI demonstrates their commitment to a sustainable palm oil program.
Mr Chris Murray, BVI Country Chief Executive, presented the ISPO certificate to the management of PT Kodeco Agro Mandiri and PT Batulicin Agro Sentosa. Also witnessing the handing over includes Mr Zairullah Azhar, the Regent of Tanah Bumbu Regent; Mr Edy S Binti, Chairman of GAPKI; Mr. Bambang Aria Wisena, CEO of Kodeco Agro Mandiri and PT Batulicin Agro; and Mr. H. Sahbirin Noor, Governor of South Kalimantan. Local media were in attendance to cover the prestigious event.
