Photographer and Videographer Vendor

Bureau Veritas Indonesia, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, is currently seeking professional Videography Vendors to collaborate with us on the production of a Customer Success Story Video. This video will showcase our project milestones and client achievements, serving as a key visual asset for our communications and promotional activities. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and technically equipped team who can capture high-quality visuals and deliver a professionally edited video that reflects our brand standards.

Below are the detailed project requirements and timeline:

Project Location:
BSD Area, Greater Jakarta

Required Production Team:
    •    Two (2) to three (3) professional videographers, for a one-day on-site production.
    •   Drone Pilot with License
    •    Tentative production date: 5 August 2025 (subject to final confirmation).

Required Equipment and Tools:
    •    Three (3) professional cameras (Sony A7 Mark III or Canon EOS 5D Mark III).
    •    Camera stabilizers.
    •    Complete lighting set, suitable for both indoor and outdoor filming.
    •    Drone equipment (DJI Mavic Pro or DJI Mini).
    •    Professional audio equipment (clip-on microphones and boom microphones).
    •    Additional video and camera accessories, as necessary, to support production quality.

Post-Production Deliverables:
    •    Professional video editing.
    •    Professional audio editing.

Project Timeline:
    •    Project Introduction: 21 July 2025 | 14.00 - 15.00
  Project Introduction - Video Documentation | Meeting-Join | Microsoft Teams
    •    Submission Deadline : 22 July 2025 | 15.00
    •    Location survey and technical assessment: 29–31 July 2025 (one-day visit).
    •    Principal filming (production day): 5 August 2025.
    •    First preview submission: 8 August 2025.
    •    Optional retake production (if required): 12 August 2025.
    •    First draft delivery: 20 August 2025.
    •    Completion : 30 September 2025.
