PT BVI to provide Construction Management Services for Rental Warehouse 3 at Karawang International Industry Complex

PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia is delighted to be appointed the Construction Management (CM) service provider for the KIIC Rental Warehouse 3 construction project. Encompassing a total area of 24,000 square meters, the project is estimated to be completed by October 2024. 

Solidifying our position as a trusted partner to the local construction industry, PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia has been selected as the Construction Management (CM) partner for the Rental Warehouse 3 Construction Project at the Karawang International Industry Complex (KIIC).

At the groundbreaking ceremony for the project, which took place on 12th Jan 2024, Mr. Didie Tedjosumirat, PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia’s Director, stood alongside partners PT Harapan Anang Bakri and Sons, the project owner, and PT Jagat Konstruksi Adipersada, the main contractor, to witness the beginning of the project.

The KIIC Rental Warehouse 3 project encompasses around 24,000 square meters in Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. Scheduled for completion by October 2024, Bureau Veritas Indonesia will oversee the entire construction process, managing risks and ensuring quality, safety, and all other aspects from design review until the project's completion.
